Dilawaiz Properties Ltd was founded on a simple idea — investors shouldn't have to compete for scraps on the open market. We're building a network of agents, landlords and homeowners across the UK so that our clients hear about the right opportunities early, rather than after everyone else.

We're a new company, and we'd rather be straight with you about that than dress it up. What we can promise is how we work: every property we bring you will have been looked at properly and checked against the numbers — not just pulled off a spreadsheet — and if a deal doesn't stack up, we won't send it.

What does a deal sourcer actually do?

We do the searching, the filtering and the checking. We find property that fits an investor's brief — often before it is publicly advertised — run the numbers, check the condition and the local demand, and then present it to you as a clear package so you can make a decision quickly.

How much do you charge?

Our sourcing fee is agreed with you in writing before we do any work, so there are never surprises. The exact amount depends on the type and price of the property and the amount of work involved. Ask us and we will give you a straight answer.

Do I have to buy anything you send me?

No. There is no obligation. You are free to review an opportunity, do your own due diligence, and walk away. We would much rather you passed on a deal that isn't right for you.

Which areas do you cover?

We source across the United Kingdom rather than limiting ourselves to one town. If you have specific areas in mind, tell us — we will focus our search there.
